Returns & Refunds

You may request a return or refund within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return or refund:

The item must be unused and in its original condition
Original packaging must be included
Proof of purchase or order number is required
All return requests must be approved before any item is sent back

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos or videos.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Items purchased on sale or promotion (unless damaged or incorrect due to our error)
Personal care or hygiene-related products (unless damaged or incorrect due to our error)
Items damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling

Refund Method & Processing Time

Online payments: Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 working days after approval
Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds are processed via bank transfer or online refund after approval

Processing times may vary slightly depending on banks or payment providers.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided the order has not yet been shipped.
